Facility Construction, Renovation and Maintenance
Financial Stability for Athletics Program

LSU Athletics has created a Preferred Seating Program to generate new revenue, and has established Lease Agreements to effectively use that revenue to construct and renovate new facilities

A Preferred Seating Program requires a contribution for the right to purchase seats in Tiger Stadium, with the best seats requiring the highest contribution amounts.

The Lease Agreements would facilitate the construction and renovation of facilities on the LSU campus through legal agreements with a private third-party entity.
