BATON ROUGE, La. – The Advocate is providing a way for fans to attend Wednesday’s women’s basketball game against Alabama State for free. Tipoff is set for 6 p.m., at the Maravich Center.
The free admission voucher can be downloaded at LSUSports.net/freeticket. Please print the voucher PDF located at that link, and present it at the Maravich Center Ticket Office on Wednesday for a free general admission ticket. Each person must have a printed voucher in order to receive an entry ticket. The free admission voucher is only valid for the LSU-Alabama State women’s basketball game.
The Lady Tigers are 10-2 and on a six-game winning streak heading into Wednesday’s contest. This is also the final nonconference game before LSU opens SEC action on the road at No. 5 Mississippi State (13-0) on New Year’s Day. That contest is slated to tip at 2 p.m., on Sunday and will be broadcast by the SEC Network.
On Wednesday, the Lady Tigers are also going for their first undefeated December since the 2011-12 season. LSU is currently 5-0 this month.
