NAATSO Names LSU's Broussard 2019-20 President

BATON ROUGE – The National Association of Athletic Ticketing and Sales Operations (NAATSO) has selected Brian Broussard, associate athletics director for ticket sales and operations at LSU, as President for 2019-20 membership year.
"I would like to thank the NAATSO membership for the opportunity to serve as this year's Association President," said Broussard. "I am hopeful I can continue to build upon the solid foundation Erin (Dunn Rockenbach) and our leadership have established. I, with the help of our outstanding Board of Directors, will also look to push NAATSO forward and expand our reach throughout the year culminating at our 2020 Convention in Las Vegas."
Broussard, a 1993 LSU graduate from Gretna, Louisiana, began at LSU in August 1996 as an assistant ticket manager and was promoted to ticket manager in March 2000. He was named an Assistant Athletics Director for Ticket Operations in July 2007 and Associate AD in 2012.
Broussard takes the reins from Erin Dunn Rockenbach, who will transition to the role of Immediate Past President. Serving alongside Broussard will be: 1st Vice President Joseph Rixon, assistant AD for ticket operations at Seton Hall University; 2nd Vice President Rachel Myers, associate director of ticket services at the University of Michigan and the NAATSO Officers welcome Ryan Kindt, director of ticket sales at North Carolina State University as 3rd vice president for the 2019-20 membership year.
The Officers are joined by the NAATSO Board of Directors, which will consist of: Mark Cameron, senior director of ticket sales, service and retention, Florida State University; Matt Carabajal, senior director, ticket operations & service, The Ohio State University; Matt Carson assistant AD – ticket sales & operations, Colorado State University; Evan Flagg, assistant AD – sales and service, UCLA; and Rob Kristiniak, associate AD for ticket sales & service at the University of Washington.
NAATSO welcomes Craig Cugno, director, ticket sales at the University of Rhode Island, Amanda Rider, director of ticket operations at Liberty University, and John Zeleznock, manager of ticket sales and service at Western Michigan University to the Board of Directors for the 2019-20 membership year.
