Griffin Earns WGCA All-American Scholar Honors

BATON ROUGE – LSU rising-sophomore women’s golfer Kendall Griffin has been named to the Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team as announced by the WGCA.

 

Griffin, a native of Sebring, Florida, is one of over 1,000 collegiate women’s golfers recognized with the honor for the 2017-18 season. Members of the team must carry a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.50.

 

Griffin competed in eight tournaments in her rookie season at LSU and posted two low rounds of 73 in the final round of the Magnolia Invitational and the second round of the Landfall Tradition last October. She is a Business major.
