BATON ROUGE, La. – LSU Tiger Tracks, a program highlighting various aspects of the university and its athletic department, begins its fifth season at 7 p.m. CT Wednesday on Cox Sports Television.

The show, hosted by Jordy Hultberg and Bill Franques, is a weekly 30-minute production featuring interviews with LSU administrators, coaches and student-athletes, along with a look at some of the events and scholarly activity on campus.

LSU Tiger Tracks begins with a preview by correspondent Garrett Walvoord of the Tigers’ football season opener Saturday night versus Wisconsin at NRG Stadium in Houston.

The show continues with a visit to the studio from senior associate athletic director Verge Ausberry, who provides an outlook for the football season and discusses the benefits of the Tigers’ playing their ’14 opener at an NFL venue in a thriving metropolitan area.

LSU Tiger Tracks concludes with a look at “Move-In Day” on the LSU campus as over 2,500 freshmen students moved into their dorms last week with the assistance of Fighting Tiger student-athletes.
