BATON ROUGE -- The LSU and Auburn women’s basketball game on Sunday, Feb. 1 features the annual “bookmark game” promotion sponsored by The Advocate. Tipoff is scheduled for 2 p.m. CST in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
Baton Rouge area schools were mailed bookmarks over the last couple of weeks. Each bookmark contains vouchers for two free tickets to the game.
There are three ways to redeem the bookmarks. Fans can visit the LSU Athletics Ticket Office prior to gameday, located on the first floor of the LSU Athletics Administration Building. The ticket office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Fans cans also go online to LSUsports.net's Ticket homepage to redeem the bookmarks using a special promotional code. Customers will incur a $1 service fee using this method.
Finally, tickets will also be available at the Maravich Center box office on gameday. Ticket quantities are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
A very limited number of bookmarks are still available. If you are affiliated with an area school and are interested in obtaining bookmarks, contact the LSU Athletics Marketing Office at (225) 578-6884 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
