"We have a pair of big matches tomorrow," LSU head coach Tony Minnis said. "Minnesota is having a great season. It's a great chance for us to bounce back after the Tulsa match."
Kaitlin Burns led the way for the Lady Tigers in their most recent outing, a 6-1 loss at Tulsa on Wednesday, as she notched a straight-sets victory on court three. She owns a 7-4 dual match singles record this season.
Ariel Morton and Ebie Wilson also earned their first doubles win of the season as a tandem at Tulsa.
Whitney Wolf and Keri Frankenberger have taken six of their last 10 doubles matches together on court one.
Yvette Vlaar and Olivia Howlett are each 6-4 in their 10 most recent singles appearances.
LSU is 4-0 and 3-0 all-time against Minnesota and Prairie View A&M respectively.
