In individual competition, Rooker was named to the SEC All-Freshman Team after finishing as the highest ranked freshman in the 100 breast at the SEC Championships. Rooker posted a 12th place swim in a time of 53.85, which placed him fourth in the program’s record books. Also at the conference meet, Rooker notched the Tigers’ seventh best all-time 200 breast of 1:58.53 in prelims and finished the race in 15th with a time of 1:58.76.
