An NCAA semifinalist in the javelin throw for the first time in her collegiate career … Nearly earned a spot in the javelin final at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at Oregon’s Hayward Field in Eugene … Finished in 10th place overall in the national semifinals with a series-best throw of 163 feet, 6 inches on her third attempt of the qualifying round … Named a Second-Team All-American for her performance by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Association following the NCAA meet … Qualified for the NCAA semifinals by throwing a personal best of 165-6 for a fifth-place finish in the field of 48 throwers at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds in Jacksonville, Florida … Became the No. 8-ranked javelin thrower in school history with her personal best of 165-6 at the NCAA East Prelims … Competed at the NCAA East Preliminary Rounds for the third time in her collegiate career … Scored four points for the Lady Tiger with a fifth-place finish in the javelin final at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships held at Mississippi State’s Mike Sanders Track Complex … Threw 163-9 at the SEC Championships … Earned a runner-up finish in the javelin at Arizona’s Jim Click Shootout with a throw of 158-6 … Finished in fourth place at the LSU Invitational with a mark of 157-8 in the team’s regular-season finale … Also placed third in the B section at the Texas Relays (154-10), fifth at the Battle on the Bayou (141-0) and sixth at the 121st Penn Relays (149-10) … Honored once again for her academic performance as a USTFCCCA All-Academic selection and member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll once again in her career.
