SENIOR SEASON (2004)
Teamed with Corey Webster to give LSU arguably the best set of cornerbacks in the nation ... Has tremendous covering ability ... Starter in all 12 games for the Tigers ... Capped career by starting in 26 straight games for LSU ... Finished senior season with 48 tackles, which includes 7 against Iowa in the Capital One Bowl ... Had 28 solo tackles and added a tackle for a 3-yard loss vs. Ole Miss ... Had 9 pass breakups in 2004 after setting the school record with 25 pass breakups in 2003 ... Invited to play in Senior Bowl in Mobile on Jan. 29.

JUNIOR SEASON (2003)
Made the move to cornerback early in the season and proved to be just what the Tiger defense needed ... Played and started in all 14 games ... Started at free safety in LSU's first six games, before moving to cornerback for the final eight games of the year ... The emergence of freshman LaRon Landry allowed Daniels to move to cornerback, which is his natural position ... Recorded 58 tackles, including 6.5 for losses in 2003 ... Led the Tigers with 26 pass breakups ... Picked off two passes, returning one 48 yards for a touchdown just before halftime in the win over Mississippi State ... Other interception came against Arizona ... Added a pair of sacks and three quarterback hurries ... Had season-high of seven tackles in September win over Georgia ... Had outstanding overall game vs. Mississippi State with six tackles, an interception return for a TD, a sack and a forced fumble ... Recorded four tackles, including one for a 2-yard loss, against Oklahoma in the national championship game.

Key backup in the Tiger secondary ... Saw action in LSU's sub packages on defense ... Played in either LSU's nickel or dime scheme on defense ... Slowed by a hamstring injury during year ... FRESHMAN SEASON (2001)
Saw first action of season against Tennessee in the SEC Championship Game .... Forced into the contest when an injury to Randall Gay left LSU without any more defensive backs ... Broke up two passes vs. the Vols, one of which came in the endzone ... Did not record any tackles in the game ... Was going to redshirt before playing against Tennessee ...
