Football Allows Nation's Fewest Touchdowns in 2016

BATON ROUGE When Clemson scored five touchdowns against Alabama in the CFP National Championship Game on Monday night, it allowed LSU's defense to take the top spot among all FBS teams in both touchdowns allowed (16) and touchdowns allowed per game (1.33) for the 2016 season.

Football Ranked No. 13 in Final AP Poll

BATON ROUGE - The LSU football team closed another solid season with a win in the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl and on Tuesday learned that the final Associated Press Top 25 poll had the Tigers ranked No. 13, the highest finish for the team since the 2011 season.
