WR Jarvis Landry

On the mood of the team…
“We just need to bounce back. I think we put ourselves in a hole early in the game but we responded. We just have to keep playing our game.”

On the importance of the remaining games…
“I think everyone knows that. These next few games are still games we need to win. We are excited to play them and it may not be as big for everyone else, but we will still go out and compete.”

On why the offense hasn’t been as productive…
“I think we are just shooting ourselves in the foot. We have to be smarter with the football and take advantage of the opportunities. Being able to execute plays and carry out assignments in the most important part.”

WR Odell Beckham Jr.

On bouncing back…
“You take it one day at a time and look forward to playing the rest of the games. Everyone knows there’s a lot games left and we still have things to prove.”

On bouncing back…
“There’s still a lot of season and you never know what can happen. We are just looking to Furman right now.”

On Coach Miles taking responsibility…
“It’s a good feeling to have a coach behind you and taking the blame. It’s nice but it is not his fault and it’s everyone’s responsibility. I don’t blame it him.”

DT Ego Ferguson

On Coach Miles taking responsibility…
“At the end of the day it’s on all of us. We appreciate it because he could have blamed other people for the loss but he took responsibility for it.”

On trying to make plays…
“Coach (John) Chavis preaches that we just have to do our job. Sometimes we get anxious here or there and it really cost us at the end. We were trying to do too much. ”

On going from backup to starter…
“It’s a bigger role but I’m just trying to motivate everyone. It’s about getting everyone better and then focusing on myself. It’s a big difference going from 15-20 snaps a game to 50. I just have to keep working hard.”
