BATON ROUGE - Former LSU quarterback Jarrett Lee will take part in his second all-star game on Saturday when he participates in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl in Carson, Calif.

Kickoff for the contest that features 100 draft-eligible juniors and seniors is slated for 5 p.m. CT from the Home Depot Center, a 27,000 seat stadium that serves as home to the Los Angeles Galaxy of Major League Soccer. The game is being televised on the NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus).

Lee will wear No. 6 and will play for the American Team, which is coached by former NFL coaching great Tom Flores. Dick Vermeil will coach the National Team.

Last week, Lee connected on 13 of 18 passes for 176 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the Casino Del Sol All-Star Game in Tucson.

Next week, the Tigers will send three former players to the Senior Bowl in Mobile as safety Brandon Taylor, tight end Deangelo Peterson and offensive guard Will Blackwell will participate in the all-star game.
