BATON ROUGE – Due to returns from visiting teams, a limited number of tickets are currently on sale to the general public for six LSU home games in 2014, associate athletic director for ticket operations Brian Broussard announced.
Broussard said that the Alabama game is sold out but tickets for all other homes games can be purchased online at http://www.lsutix.net/.
For the first time, LSU is implementing a tiered pricing plan as well as a dynamic pricing system for games in Tiger Stadium in 2014. The tiered pricing plan will be based upon ticket location in the stadium, while the dynamic pricing system will take into account demand and availability.

“While LSU season ticket holders will always pay the best price for seats, we expect both of these pricing programs to provide more options to fans during the purchasing process, as well as, providing ticket prices that better reflect actual market value,” Broussard said. “Similar to the travel and entertainment industries, fans purchasing tickets early are more likely to get the best value.”
Broussard said that the LSU Athletic Department will be able to adjust single-game ticket prices in real-time based on ticket availability, demand, and other changing factors such as rankings, opponent, kickoff time and weather conditions.
