COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The LSU men's tennis team will conclude the fall season at the Conference Challenge hosted by Texas A&M Friday through Sunday at the George P. Mitchell Tennis Center and the Omar Smith Tennis Complex.
Roger Anderson, Boris Arias, Mark Bowtell, Joe Hill, Harrison Kennedy, Chris Simpson, Will Suk, Stefan Szacinski and Tam Trinh made the trip and will compete in the tournament that features players from Oklahoma, Illinois and host team Texas A&M.
"Every week we've had some things to build and work on, and this is another opportunity for our guys to get three or four singles matches and three doubles matches under their belts," LSU head coach Jeff Brown said. "This will give us our last input for our practices going through the rest of the semester, and then the dual season will be here before we know it."
The Conference Challenge gets underway at 10 a.m. CT Friday with the doubles first round.
The doubles second-round matches are scheduled to begin at 11:15 a.m., and singles play will start at 2:30 p.m.
Matchups for both singles and doubles will be determined one hour prior to the first doubles match.
