Enjoyed a sensational senior season for the Tigers in which he was crowned NCAA champion in the 400-meter hurdles ... Clocked the second-fastest time in school history with a personal best of 48.51 in the final at the 2007 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... Became LSU’s second national champion in the intermediate hurdles in program history, joining Tiger great Billy Hardin in 1964 ... In addition, was crowned NCAA Mideast Regional champion in the 400 hurdles as a senior after clocking a time of 49.68 at the regional meet in Columbia, Mo. ... Earned All-America honors in the event in 2006 with a sixth-place finish at the NCAA meet ... Was a two-time All-American as a member of the Tigers’ 4x400-meter relay team during his senior season ... Squad finished fourth at the NCAA Indoor Championships and third at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in 2007 ...
