Caroline Nistrup Concludes LSU Career At NCAA Regional

LUBBOCK, Texas – LSU senior golfer Caroline Nistrup concluded her LSU career Wednesday posting a 4-over 76 in the final round of the NCAA Lubbock Regional at the Rawls Course at Texas Tech.

Nistrup finished the regional with an 8-over total of 224 and in a tie for 41st place.

Nistrup finished her LSU career with one career win, 11 top 10 finishes, and a career stroke average of 73.03 for 98 career rounds, second lowest in school history behind only the career average of Madelene Sagstrom (2011-15, 72.95). Nistrup's final season average of 73.17 is seventh all-time at LSU.

Nistrup's 2014-15 season average of 72.41 when she finished T12 in the NCAA Championships, is third best at LSU for a single season.
