BATON ROUGE, La. - The LSU women's tennis team (7-8; 0-5 SEC) will host the No. 75 University of Missouri (7-5; 1-4 SEC) Sunday at 11 a.m. CT at W.T. "Dub" Robinson Stadium.
"They're a very solid team, and I know their top three are quite good," head coach Julia S. Sell said. "They're an indoor team coming outside, so I'm interested to see how they make the adjustment to that. We're up for another battle."
The Lady Tigers took on No. 3 Texas A&M Friday and faced a tough 7-0 loss. The doubles team of Caroline Hudson and Keri Frankenberger made its season debut on court two, and the Mary Jeremiah and Ariel Morton duo remains 7-2 in doubles in the No. 1 spot.
This match will mark the first competition between LSU and the Mizzou Tigers.
