COLLEGE STATION, Texas - The No. 68 LSU men's tennis team (5-6, 0-4 SEC) travels to College Station, Texas, to face No. 11 Texas A&M (12-6, 3-1 SEC) this Friday, March 15 at 6 p.m. CT at Mitchell Tennis Center.
This will be the Tigers' sixth road match in their last seven matches. The Tigers are still searching for their first SEC victory of the 2013 season after starting the season 0-4 in conference play.
"Texas A&M is having a good year and we are hungry to turn things around," head coach Jeff Brown said.
It will not get any easier this Friday as the Tigers take on the Aggies who are stockpiled with talent. Texas A&M is led in singles by No. 52 Jeremy Efferding, along with No. 77 Shane Vinsant, No. 117 Jackson Withrow, and No. 118 Harrison Adams.
The Aggies also feature two of the top doubles pairs in the nation with No. 13 Harrison Adams and Vinsant, as well as No. 15 Junior Ore and Withrow. The Tigers are led in doubles by No. 54 Chris Simpson and Stefan Szacinski.
