Women's Tennis to Take on Nicholls, Grambling
BATON ROUGE, La. - The LSU Lady Tigers (5-3) will host their second double header this season against Nicholls State University (5-2) at 1 p.m. CT and Grambling State University (0-3) at 6 p.m. CT Saturday at the W.T. "Dub" Robinson Stadium.
"We are looking forward to hosting two good teams tomorrow so that we can continue to make adjustments in our games," head coach Julia S. Sell said. "The team has been working incredibly hard and making huge strides in practice, and more match play will help us continue developing."
In LSU's last outing, the Lady Tigers faced No. 35 Rice on the road Wednesday, and the doubles pair of seniors Ebie Wilson and Keri Frankenberger notched its third straight win on court two before ultimately facing a 5-0 loss to the Owls.
The Lady Tigers hold undefeated records against both teams, with an 8-0 advantage over the Nicholls State Colonels and a 5-0 overall record against the Grambling State Tigers.
