NEW YORK - Former LSU men's tennis All-American Ken Skupski is set to compete at his third Grand Slam tournament of the year when he takes the court at the 2012 US Open on Wednesday.

Skupski and doubles partner Jamie Delgado will square off against Johan Brunstrom of Sweden and James Cerretani of USA in the first round at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.

Skupski and Delgado reached the second round of the doubles draw at Wimbledon earlier in the summer, and Skupski competed in the first round of the Australian Open with partner Xavier Malisse in January.

The match will mark Skupski's second appearance at Flushing Meadows after competing in the first round of the US Open in 2010.
