ATHENS, Ga. - The LSU women's tennis team (10-6, 3-2 SEC) will hit the road to face seventh-ranked Georgia (14-2, 4-1 SEC) at the Dan Magill tennis complex on Sunday.
"We are playing well right now, it's the right time," LSU head coach Tony Minnis said. "Georgia is always a very good team so we will give them our best shot."
The Lady Tigers have won three-straight, including a 5-2 decision against No. 12 Tennessee at W.T. Dub Robinson Stadium on Friday.
Olivia Howlett won her third-consecutive match on Friday, and she is 6-2 on court two this season.
Howlett is also 7-3 in her last 10 matches alongside Yvette Vlaar in doubles, including four in-a-row.
Keri Frankenberger and Whitney Wolf are also 7-3 in their 10 most recent doubles matches.
