Basketball Signee Named to Second All-Star Game

BATON ROUGE - LSU signee Johnny O'Bryant, already selected for the 2011 McDonald's All-Star Game has now been named to the rosters for the 2011 Jordan Brand Classic, scheduled for April 16 in Charlotte, N.C.

The game will be televised by ESPN2. A total of seven players signed with Southeastern Conference schools will take part in the game.

O'Bryant, from East Side High in Cleveland, Miss., signed with the Tigers in the early signing period (Nov. 2010) and will be eligible for the 2011-12 basketball season for the Tigers. Ranked 30th on the ESPNU 150, O'Bryant is averaging 19.2 points per game, 14.7 rebounds and 6.2 blocks per contest.

The McDonald's All-Star Game is March 30 in Chicago and will be televised by ESPN.
