BATON ROUGE – The Trent Johnson Show presented by Capital One Bank premieres Monday night at Walk-On’s Bistreaux at a special earlier time for the weekly call-in show on the LSU Sports Radio Network.
LSU’s Tuesday night game with Louisiana-Lafayette will also have an earlier start time to accommodate regional television coverage.
Coach Johnson’s weekly radio show, which will air on most Mondays throughout the basketball season on many of the LSU Network Affiliates as well as New Country 100.7 FM The Tiger in Baton Rouge and in the Geaux Zone at LSUsports.net will air at 6 p.m. so as not to conflict with the play-by-play broadcast of the New Orleans Saints later in the evening.
The show will resume its normal Monday 7 p.m. air time beginning the following Monday, Dec. 7.
LSU and the Ragin’ Cajuns will play a half hour earlier than normal on Tuesday, tipping at just after 6:30 p.m. to allow for the coverage of the game on Cox Sports Television. This will be the first of three live telecasts for CST this year as they will also cover the Dec. 17 Nicholls State game and the Dec. 19 Rice contest.
Tickets for Tuesday’s game with LSU and Louisiana-Lafayette are on sale online at LSUsports.net and at the LSU Athletics Ticket Office. The ticket office on Tuesday at the Maravich Center on the upper concourse will go on sale at 5 p.m.
