LSU-Arkansas to Kickoff at 6 p.m. on ESPN

BATON ROUGE -- The Southeastern Conference announced its network television selections for the weekend of Nov. 27-28 on Monday, and LSU's home finale against Arkansas will kickoff at 6 p.m. CST on ESPN.

This season marks the first time the teams will meet on a Saturday since 1996. From 1997-2008, the game was carried by CBS on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The 1992 game, the first meeting between the teams as SEC opponents, was also on a Friday on ESPN.

CBS elected to televise the "Iron Bowl" between Alabama and Auburn in the Friday timeslot for the 2009 and 2010 seasons.
