Ended her prep career by being named the Most Outstanding Performer of the Meet at the 2014 Louisiana High School Athletics Association Class 2A Outdoor State Track & Field Championships held at LSU’s Bernie Moore Track Stadium … Crowned the Louisiana Class 2A state champion in the 400 meters and 800 meters and the Class 2A state silver medalist in the 200 meters as a senior in 2014 … Raced to a personal best of 2:16.23 to win her second career Class 2A outdoor crown in the 800 meters to cap her senior season … Also won the 800-meter state title outdoors as a sophomore in 2012 … Won back-to-back Class 2A state championships in the 400-meter dash as a junior in 2013 and as a senior in 2014 … Ran her second-fastest 400 meters as a prep with a winning run of 56.66 in the 2014 state final … Added a Class 2A silver medal in the 200-meter dash to wrap up her senior season at St. Mary’s Academy while running 25.20 (-2.3) during the state meet … Swept 800-meter state titles during the indoor and outdoor seasons of her senior year, winning the Division II indoor crown with a winning run of 2:22.04 in the state final at LSU’s Carl Maddox Field House … Competed on a national level after her junior season in 2013 while running the 400 meters at the USA Track & Field National Junior Olympic Championships held in Greensboro, North Carolina … Clocked 56.20 in the first round of qualifying before running a personal best of 55.88 for her 13th-place finish in the semifinal round of the 400 meters at the 2013 USATF National Junior Olympics … Won the 400-meter title at the 2014 Sugar Bowl Track & Field Classic in New Orleans.
