BATON ROUGE – The 55th-ranked LSU women’s tennis team is set to face No. 32 Ole Miss on Sunday at noon CT in W.T. “Dub” Robinson Stadium.

The Lady Tigers hold a 9-7 (2-5 SEC) season record after topping the Mississippi State Bulldogs on Friday.  The Bulldogs captured the doubles point, but LSU finished the match strong by capturing four singles victories to garner their second SEC win of the season.

The Rebels are 9-7 (3-4 SEC) on the season after topping Arkansas in Fayetteville on Friday.

“Ole Miss is another great team,” said LSU head coach Julia S. Sell.  “They have a lot of seniority with a lot of experience.  We have to come out and bring our best tennis and go after them.”

The Rebels lead the series 25-15 after topping the Lady Tigers, 4-2, in a hard fought match on March 22, 2013.

Live stats for the match will be available at www.lsusports.net/livestats.
