BATON ROUGE – The LSU women’s tennis team took advantage of a weekend off and visited Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital on Sunday.

The Lady Tigers traveled room-to-room, visiting the patients and their families as they handed out posters and signed autographs.

“My favorite part was cheering up the kids and getting to know them,” said senior Ariel Morton.  “It felt good to know we at least brightened one kid's day.  It's a positive experience for everyone involved, and I've enjoyed going every year.”

The Lady Tigers take the court again on February 26 at 3 p.m. CST as they take on Tulane in a Wednesday afternoon matchup at W.T. “Dub” Robinson Stadium.
