Get $5 Basketball Tickets at Gridiron Bash

BATON ROUGE - The LSU Athletics Department has announced that it will offer those fans attending Wednesday's national signing day festivities at the Baton Rouge River Center, the chance to purchase tickets for just $5 for the Wednesday night LSU men's basketball game with Vanderbilt.

The Tigers will be going for their third win in a row after knocking off No. 17 Missouri and the rally from 17 points down on Saturday to win in the final seconds at Mississippi State. LSU is 12-7 on the season and will try to finish the first half of league play with a 4-5 mark.

LSU ticket personnel will be on hand at the River Center to sell those at the recruiting event the $5 tickets for the game. Bash ticket stubs can also be redeemed for $5 basketball tickets at the Maravich Center ticket office beginning at 6 p.m. Wednesday night.

The contest between LSU and Vanderbilt begins at 7 p.m. and will not be televised in the Baton Rouge area. The game will be streamed on ESPN3 and the Watch ESPN app for phone and tablet. The game will be broadcast on the affiliates of the LSU Sports Radio Network (Eagle 98.1 FM in Baton Rouge and in the Geaux Zone at www.LSUsports.net/live).

For those not going to the Bash, tickets for the LSU-Vanderbilt game are priced at $15 for adults and $5 for youth and available at www.LSUtix.net.
