Competed in both the hammer and javelin throws during the outdoor season … Lettered for the first time in his collegiate career after throwing the javelin at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Lexington, Kentucky … Ended his season by throwing a personal best of 197 feet, 11 inches in a 14th-place finish in qualifying at the SEC Outdoor Championships … Placed fourth in the event at the LSU Invitational with a throw of 190-10 … Finished in sixth place at the Battle on the Bayou (181-0), ninth place at the LSU Alumni Gold (177-10) and 10th place at the Jim Mize Invitational (169-5) while throwing the javelin … Threw a personal best and seasonal best of 153-1 in a ninth-place finish in the hammer at the LSU Invitational in his regular-season finale … Posted a mark of 145-4 for a seventh-place finish in the hammer throw at the Battle on the Bayou … Also threw the hammer at Louisiana Tech’s Jim Mize Invitational and the LSU Alumni Gold during the outdoor season … Did not compete in the indoor season in 2014.
