Competed individually in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 fly at the 2016 NCAA Championships … Set the school record in the 100 free during prelims of the event at SEC Championships … Finished eighth in the championship final of the 100 free and third in the ‘B’ final of the 50 free at SEC’s … A part of the 200-medley and 400-medley relay teams that set the school record at SEC Championships … Swam the ninth-fastest 50 free time at the conference meet … Touched the wall first in the 50 free and second in the 100 free against Missouri … Secured the win in the 100 free and finished second in the 50 free against Texas A&M … Earned a win in the 100 free against Kentucky and Virginia Tech … Finished first in the 50 free and second in the 100 fly at the Texas A&M Invite … Named to the SEC Academic Honor Roll … Earned his fourth varsity letter.
