Annual Halloween BOOzar Set for Oct. 27

BATON ROUGE -- The LSU athletics department invites families to attend its 14th annual Halloween BOOzar, a free trick-or-treat event for children that feature Tiger student-athletes from all sports, on Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 6:30-8 p.m. inside the Carl Maddox Fieldhouse.

Children are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes and enjoy a safe evening of Halloween fun with their favorite LSU student-athletes. In addition to trick-or-treating, each sport will have its own interactive activity station and sign autographs at the event.

The event also starts the annual CHAMPS Thanksgiving Food Drive. Families attending the BOOzar are encouraged to donate canned goods upon arrival to benefit the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank.
