LSU to Offer 'Lady Tiger Football 101' Clinic on Friday

BATON ROUGE -- LSU Lady Tiger Football “101”, a popular one-day football clinic dedicated to women, will be held on Friday, July 18 on the LSU campus.

Registration for the event, which is hosted annually by the First Lady of LSU football Kathy Miles along with head football coach Les Miles, is currently underway. The fee for the clinic is $75 and includes a tailgate-style dinner as well as an LSU football jersey. Commemorative clinic footballs will also be available for purchase at the clinic.

In addition to a question and answer session with Les and Kathy Miles, participants will be entertained and informed with presentations by offensive coordinator Gary Crowton, co-defensive coordinators Doug Mallory and Bradley Dale Peveto and special teams coordinator Joe Robinson.

In addition, equipment manager Greg Stringfellow and head trainer Jack Marucci will take the ladies behind the scenes to see what it takes to get the Tigers ready for game day.

Other highlights of the day include a march with coach Miles down Victory Hill, a trip through the LSU game day locker room, and then running out through the chute into Tiger Stadium.
