Had a solid freshman campaign as he finished in the Top 50 individually on three occasions … His best individual performance was a sixth-place place finish at the LSU Invitational where he recorded a time of 15 minutes, 28.21 seconds on the 5k course at Highland Road Park in Baton Rouge … Teamed with DC Lipani for a fifth-place team finish at the McNeese State Relays, clocking 26:26 for 8k in his collegiate debut ... Followed by placing 41st at the Rice Invitational with a time of 20:01.17 on the 6k course at the Rice Intramural Fields ... Placed 46th at the Texas A&M Invitational 93rd at the Crimson Classic and 84th in his debut appearance at the SEC Championships ... Finished his freshman campaign with a 100th-place finish in the NCAA South Central Regional Championships, recording a 10k time of 33:22.20.
