One of the top long jumpers in the Southeastern Conference throughout his freshman season in 2017 ... Scored one point for the Tigers in his debut appearance at the SEC Indoor Track & Field Championships with an indoor seasonal best of 25 feet, 2 inches for eighth place in the conference final ... Won three long jump titles during the indoor season at the Auburn Invitational (24-1 1/2), Bayou Bengal Invitational (24-5) and Tyson Invitational (24-11 1/4) ... Jumped 24-9 3/4 for ninth place in the long jump at the Razorback Invitational ... Followed outdoors by scoring three more points for the Tigers at the SEC Outdoor Championships where he placed sixth in the conference final with an outdoor seasonal best of 24-5 1/2 (+1.3) ...
