Clocked a big personal best of 9 minutes, 9.12 seconds for 13th place in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the SEC Outdoor Track & Field Championships held in Tuscaloosa, Alabama ... Also lined up in the 5,000 meters at the SEC Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 38th place with a time of 15:34.82 ... Finished second at the LSU Alumni Gold with a time of 9:31.94 and fourth at the LSU Invitational with a time of 9:15.74 while running the steeplechase ... Honored by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association as an All-Louisiana performer in the steeplechase during the outdoor season ... Posted his fastest 5k time of the outdoor season at the Battle on the Bayou where he finished fourth with a time of 15:16.54 ...
