BATON ROUGE – The 17th-ranked and No. 3-seeded LSU men's golf team certainly took advantage of their opportunity to host the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional this weekend as they qualified for the NCAA Division I Men's Golf Championships for the third time in four seasons with a third-place team finish in Saturday's final round at the University Club.

BATON ROUGE – Led by a team-low 1-under par 71 by sophomore Curtis Thompson in Friday's second round at the University Club, the 17th-ranked and No. 3-seeded LSU men's golf team finds itself on the cusp of NCAA Championships qualification after wrapping up the day in a tie for fifth place overall at the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional.

BATON ROUGE – The 17th-ranked and No. 3-seeded LSU Tigers wrapped up Thursday's opening round at the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional just three shots out of qualifying position for the NCAA Championships after posting a team score of 15-over par 303 at the University Club to tie for seventh place in the overall team standings.
