Softball lost to Florida, 4-0 (WCWS)
OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. In the first of two winner's games on day two of the 2015 Women's College World Series, the No. 8 LSU softball team was locked in a pitcher's duel for much of the contest, but four straight runs late by the No. 1 Florida Gators pushed the opposition ahead for good as the Tigers would not be able to recover in the end in a 4-0 loss Friday evening at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium

LSU senior utility player Dylan Supak was named to the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Capital One Academic All-America Division I Softball Second Team the organization announced today, the first Tiger to be named to one of the three lists in program history.
