ITA Southern Regional Honors
BATON ROUGE – LSU men's tennis assistant coach Danny Bryan and sophomore Chris Simpson have been honored by the ITA with regional awards for the Southern Region. Bryan has been named the Assistant Coach of the Year and Simpson has been named Player to Watch.

Men's Tennis Eliminated from NCAA's at Pepperdine

MALIBU, Calif. – The No. 20 LSU men's tennis team's NCAA run came to an end Saturday afternoon in Malibu, Calif., when they were dealt a 4-0 loss to No. 12 Pepperdine (26-5) in the second round of the NCAA Tournament at the Ralphs-Straus Tennis Center. The Tigers finish the 2013 season with a 16-12 mark, going 5-7 in SEC play.

This leg of the tournament is hosted by No. 12 Pepperdine (24-5), who will face off against UC Santa Barbara (12-13).
